1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the 7777ef online gaming website accessible at https://7777ef.net and any associated mobile application or software.
• "7777ef", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 7777ef platform operating under an internationally recognised gaming licence.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any individual who registers an account on or otherwise accesses the 7777ef Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on 7777ef through which gaming, betting, deposits, and withdrawals are conducted.
• "Funds" means the PKR balance held in a Player's 7777ef Account, comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any credited bonus amounts.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or incentive offered to Players by 7777ef subject to specific terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before associated winnings become withdrawable.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity, age, and payment method verification as required under our licensing obligations.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 7777ef, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will for personal entertainment;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by 7777ef or any other licensed gaming operator;
• You are not acting as an agent of, or on behalf of, any other person;
• You have not previously had an account terminated by 7777ef for breach of these Terms;
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that 7777ef does not guarantee any outcome or return on funds wagered.

7777ef reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until KYC is completed to our satisfaction. Pakistani players will typically be required to submit a copy of their valid CNIC as the primary identity verification document.

3 Account Registration

Each natural person may hold only one registered account on 7777ef at any given time. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods but operated by the same individual — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 7777ef will close all accounts associated with that individual, withhold any pending bonus balances, and may withhold withdrawable balances pending investigation.

You are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, your date of birth, and your preferred PKR payment method. You must promptly notify 7777ef of any changes to your registered information by contacting support via live chat.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. 7777ef strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your password with any third party. 7777ef accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to an account where the Player failed to maintain adequate security over their credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

7777ef accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Cash OTC, and 1LINK. Minimum and maximum limits per transaction are displayed within the cashier section of your account and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 7777ef account within sixty (60) seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to two (2) business days to reflect, depending on the processing bank. 7777ef is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests submitted before completion of KYC verification will be placed in a pending queue until identity verification is approved. Once KYC is approved, standard withdrawals are processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours. 7777ef reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or potentially fraudulent.

All funds deposited on 7777ef must be used for gaming purposes. The use of the Platform as a mechanism for processing, transferring, or cycling funds without genuine gaming activity is strictly prohibited and may be referred to relevant authorities in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

7777ef may from time to time offer Bonuses to new and existing Players. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the promotion under which they were issued, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry dates, and withdrawal caps. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms contained in this document and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7777ef reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at any time where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or technical error in the promotion mechanism. Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, coordinated play patterns, or systematic low-risk wagering to satisfy requirements — will have their bonus balances voided and may have their accounts suspended.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 7777ef Platform operate using independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Certification of game fairness is conducted by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are based on long-run statistical averages and do not represent or guarantee any particular outcome in any individual gaming session.

In the event of a technical malfunction, connection failure, or software error during a gaming round, the round in question may be declared void. Where a void round results in a stake being deducted from your account, the stake will be refunded. 7777ef's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed gaming round is final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure outlined in Section 12 below.

Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result issued by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches, ICC for international fixtures). In cases where official results are subject to amendment, 7777ef reserves the right to re-settle affected markets accordingly.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7777ef Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes for financial gain rather than reporting them to 7777ef support;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of promotional offers;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during KYC verification;
• Registering multiple accounts for any purpose including the collection of multiple welcome bonuses;
• Attempting to launder, transfer, or cycle funds through the Platform without genuine gaming intent;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, overloads, or compromises the integrity of the 7777ef platform infrastructure.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 7777ef Platform — including but not limited to the 7777ef brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7777ef or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any 7777ef intellectual property without prior written authorisation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence is revocable at any time by 7777ef and does not extend to any commercial use of the Platform or its content.

9 Privacy & Data

7777ef collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, your name, CNIC details, contact information, transaction history, and gaming activity data.

Personal data is processed for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and regulatory reporting. 7777ef does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7777ef's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7777ef shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or speculative losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. 7777ef does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11 Suspension & Termination

7777ef reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where 7777ef has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• The Player's account is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• The Player is found to be under the age of 21;
• Regulatory or licensing obligations require account closure;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 7777ef support via live chat. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements associated with active Bonuses. Withdrawable real-money balances will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.

12 Disputes & Governing Law

In the event that you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your experience on 7777ef, you should first contact our support team via the 24/7 live chat facility. The majority of complaints are resolved at this stage within two (2) hours.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the first-line support process, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Account ID]". 7777ef will acknowledge formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and aim to provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) calendar days.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7777ef holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by our licensing authority.

13 Amendments to Terms

7777ef reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect Player rights or obligations — 7777ef will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your account and through a notice displayed on the Platform.

Your continued use of the 7777ef Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any available balance before the effective date of the change.
